Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in designated territories by prospecting, building relationships with small to medium businesses, and closing sales with a focus on insurance solutions.

You will manage a book of business, set your own schedule, and receive training, with opportunities for advancement based on performance. A health and life license is preferred or licensing reimbursement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in outside sales.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: identify and reach out to potential clients within territory.
• Relationship Building: engage with business owners and decision-makers and present solutions.
• Closing Sales: leverage resilience to close deals and secure commitments.
• Follow-ups: schedule and execute follow-up meetings to solidify relationships.
