Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth by reaching out to small and mid-size businesses with supplemental insurance solutions. You will manage your own territory, build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The role includes training, weekly draw pay with bonuses and commissions, and opportunities for advancement as you develop and expand your book of business.

Qualifications

• Must hold Health & Life general lines license or be willing to obtain (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales/work experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned sales territory and conduct outside sales to small/medium businesses.
• Call on business owners and decision-makers face-to-face to offer supplemental insurance solutions.
• Set appointments, follow up with clients, and maintain a personal book of business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and coordinate with team manager.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
