Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to build a local book of business by visiting business sites and presenting insurance solutions. You will set appointments, lead group presentations, and provide ongoing client support in a fast-paced, field-based role.

Responsibilities include cold prospecting, maintaining CRM logs, and collaborating with leadership. Training is provided; licensing within 90 days is required with reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is a plus; four years in customer-facing roles accepted in lieu.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life general lines license within 3 months; licensing covered.

Responsibilities

• Visit storefronts, offices, and industrial parks to meet decision-makers and introduce insurance solutions.
• Lead open-forum presentations for employee groups (15–75 people) to explain benefit packages clearly.
• Provide ongoing client support, answer coverage questions, and guide claims.
