True North Group LLC is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to engage local businesses, learn their employee benefit needs, and offer supplemental insurance plans. You will flex your schedule to fit clients while being supported by a proven system and team.

This role emphasizes relationship building, trust, and guidance for business owners and employees. Training is provided; no prior insurance experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop local territory by meeting business owners.
• Present supplemental insurance options to groups (10–50+ attendees).
• Schedule and conduct appointments; follow up with clients.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track activities and progress.
• Partner with manager to set and meet sales goals.
