Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines in the field.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business owners in assigned territory and set appointments.
• Deliver informative presentations to employee groups (15–75 people).
• Provide ongoing support and guide clients through claims.
• Log interactions and manage pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new leads, follow up, and request referrals.
• Share weekly activity reports with manager.
