True North Group LLC. is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team in a local territory. This outside sales role offers flexible scheduling and a proven system backed by a supportive team.

You'll learn employee benefits, connect with small and mid-sized businesses, and build lasting client relationships while providing guidance on supplemental insurance plans. No prior insurance experience is required, with comprehensive training and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple client interactions and follow up effectively.
• Willing to learn insurance products and sales processes.
• Familiar with CRM tools and scheduling.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses and introduce supplemental insurance offerings.
• Meet with business owners and present to groups of employees (10–50+).</br>
• Respond to client questions via phone and email.
• Set appointments, conduct follow-ups, and support clients through claims.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track activities, contacts, and progress.
• Collaborate with manager to set and meet sales goals.
• Build a client base and develop long-term relationships.
• Share weekly schedule and results with manager.
