True North Group LLC. is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to cover a local Utah territory. You will learn our process, qualify opportunities, and build relationships with business owners and employees to offer supplemental insurance plans. Training, flexible planning, and a supportive team are provided.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, presentation in groups, and using our system to track progress and results. A license in Health & Life is encouraged within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree or customer service experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses in your territory and introduce supplemental insurance offerings.
• Meet with business owners and present to groups of employees (10–50+).
• Respond to client questions via phone and email.
• Set appointments, conduct follow-ups, and support clients through claims.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track activities, contacts and progress.
• Work with your manager to set and meet sales goals.
• Build your client base and develop long-term relationships.
• Share your weekly schedule and results with your manager.
