Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious entry-level outside sales professional to target small and medium-sized businesses with supplemental insurance products. You will meet owners and decision-makers, conduct product presentations, and grow your own client portfolio while training in Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with training provided at no cost and license fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Present insurance products to owners, benefits managers, and employees as needed.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity, and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your sales manager for approval.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio through proactive outreach.
