Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new book of business in a dedicated territory. You will meet with local business owners and decision-makers, presenting supplemental insurance products and services, and build client relationships through face-to-face meetings.

We provide comprehensive classroom and field training, a weekly draw pay option with commissions, and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the territory.
• Background check requirements.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business in the assigned territory.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses and build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Record daily sales activity and update CRM accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve monthly targets.
