Qualifications

• Entry-level role with or without prior sales experience.
• Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience considered.
• Active Health & Life license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and grow your client base in your territory.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule and conduct meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses and develop relationships with owners.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team.
