Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive outreach to small and medium-sized businesses. You'll receive comprehensive training and use Salesforce to manage leads, while building a local client portfolio and meeting targets.

You'll handle one-to-one and group presentations, with autonomy over your schedule and territory growth. A driver's license, license in resident state, and a degree or equivalent experience are required.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience with relevant sales

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your network
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and re-service clients
• Grow your own client portfolio
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
