Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined individual to enter the competitive field of sales. This entry-level role includes comprehensive ongoing training and support for newcomers and seasoned reps alike.

The position targets small and medium businesses with direct, outside sales to owners and decision-makers. You will promote leading supplemental insurance products, meeting with business owners, benefits managers, and employees, with occasional group presentations.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or <4 years with relevant sales/athletic background will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients, expanding your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re‑service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (sales or athletic background)
