Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with our Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Representative to enter medical device sales. This hunter role involves calling on outpatient urology clinics, educating staff, and driving prescriptions for intermittent catheters.

You will build a territory from scratch, manage a pipeline, and meet monthly and quarterly targets. A bachelor's degree and valid driver's license are required; 2–4 years of B2B sales preferred; base pay starts at $55k-$60k with uncapped

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Experience in B2B sales with quota attainment preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and professional presence with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient clinics across assigned geography.
• Educate physicians and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume and expand usage in accounts.
• Build and manage territory pipeline and CRM data.
• Conduct in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget.
