Job summary

Altitude Development Group in Kentucky is hiring an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to local business owners. You will cold call, set up face-to-face meetings, and present our Insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

You'll work in a collaborative, growth-focused team that values individual achievement. Training is provided, licensing reimbursement offered, and you can build a personal, scalable book of business in a flexible, commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in professional outside sales.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license; licensing reimbursement offered.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Candidates near degree completion considered; 6 months or less.

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance products to small/medium businesses.
• Set up face-to-face meetings and present solutions.
• Maintain own book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Schedule own working hours and report weekly.
• Follow up on leads and cold-call new businesses.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss targets.
