Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined entrant to join our outside direct sales team. We train you to target small and medium businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote top supplemental insurance products.

Expect interaction with owners, benefits managers, and employees, and occasional product presentations for groups of 50 to 100+. You will use our Salesforce CRM to generate leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and build your own client

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager.
• Record daily sales activity and stats.
