Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level, self-disciplined sales professional for an outside direct sales role. You will target small and mid-sized businesses, meet owners and decision-makers, and promote insurance products.

Comprehensive training, licensing support, and a performance-driven environment await. You will build a client portfolio, work with a sales manager to set targets, and manage weekly schedules while earning commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post-high school work experience.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead field sales to SMBs and connect with business owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings and deliver product demonstrations.
• Visit new businesses and build a client portfolio; manage referrals and re-service clients.
• Record daily activity and sales metrics; work toward monthly and quarterly targets.
