Job summary

Johnson Controls offers an Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program in the United States for recent graduates to launch a career in technical sales. You will join a 6-month development track, paired with a mentor, and gain exposure to nationwide sales professionals through classroom and hands-on experiences.

You will learn our fire safety equipment, services, and building solutions while supporting proposals and customer opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field with anticipated graduation Dec 2026.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver customer outcomes.
