Job summary

City Year AmeriCorps members serve as tutors and mentors in schools, helping students improve academics, attendance, and behavior. You will coach students 1:1 or in small groups and collaborate with teachers to monitor progress and support classroom activities.

The program provides initial training, relocations support, and a benefits package including health coverage and a living stipend, preparing participants to contribute to their community.

Qualifications

• Experience with mentoring students is helpful.
• Ability to plan and track student progress.
• Comfortable working with teachers and school staff.

Responsibilities
