Rome Logistics Group is seeking candidates for an entry-level Sales Development Representative in Charlotte, NC. This in-office role offers a $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and a clear path to grow into a Business Development Representative as you develop your sales skills.

No logistics or prior sales experience required; recent grads are encouraged to apply. You will learn the full B2B sales cycle, prospect new customers, and work alongside a supporting Operations team.
