This full-time role offers a $60,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with room to grow earnings as your book expands. No prior logistics experience required; we teach you the industry and help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or outbound sales preferred.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through high-volume outbound calling, email, networking, and other sales strategies.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers across a variety of industries.
• Build and independently manage your own book of business.
• Learn customers' businesses and identify transportation solutions that meet their needs.
• Work closely with Operations to quote, coordinate, and execute shipments.
• Build long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and reliable service.
• Negotiate pricing and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and work toward sales and revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand your book and increase revenue.
• Develop an understanding of the transportation and logistics industry.
