Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative in San Diego. You will learn the fundamentals of recruiting and sales, including prospecting, client engagement, and req qualification, while supporting revenue growth with the Delivery and Sales teams.

The role offers training, onboarding, and clear path toward Account Manager progression. Compensation includes a base salary with weekly commission, monthly car allowance, and reimbursement benefits, plus health and retirement

Qualifications

• Sales Degree/ Certification or 1-2 years of sales experience
• Entry-level role with training to learn full sales cycle
• Proactive prospecting and lead generation to build client pipeline

Responsibilities

• Target new and existing accounts in defined territory and engage clients
• Generate leads and set meetings with defined targets
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to maximize profitability
• Build and maintain relationships within accounts and market resumes of ideal candidates
• Attend client meetings and coordinate with delivery and sales teams
