Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to build trusted relationships with engineering and sciences clients. You will identify target accounts, develop relationships, and conduct meetings to create value and grow revenue in a dynamic environment.

The role includes a 24-week training period, a base salary of $60,000 after training, and strong earning potential through commissions and incentives. Atlanta-based, with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in customer service, leadership, and/or sales.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in business-to-business/relationship-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent solutions subject matter expert for territory.
• Identify target accounts and prospects using internal and external resources.
• Develop and manage customer relationships leveraging CRMs and networks.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers and qualify opportunities.
