Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to build and manage relationships with engineering and sciences clients. You will identify target accounts, qualify opportunities, and drive growth while partnering with recruiting to place top talent.

The role offers extensive training, uncapped commission potential, and a base salary after the training period, with additional allowances and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales (to include sales major/clubs/internships).
• Strong desire for a career in Business-to-Business/relationship-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent solutions and services subject matter expert for respective territory.
• Establish and adjust a list of target accounts and prospects using internal and external resources.
• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships leveraging CRMs and networking tools.
• Conduct well-prepared face-to-face meetings with decision makers and qualify business needs.
• Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to maximize profitability while aligning with market standards.
• Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality consultants and marketing resumes.
