Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years in customer service, leadership, or sales.
• Strong desire for a career in B2B/relationship-based sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent solutions and services subject matter expert for respective territory.
• Establish target accounts and prospects using internal and external resources.
• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships.
• Conduct well-prepared face-to-face meetings with decision makers to qualify and create value.
• Increase sales and market share through assigned and new accounts.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to align with market standards.
• Build and maintain relationships by providing quality consultants and marketing resumes.
• Lead client meetings and consultations with the recruiting team to fulfill client needs.
