Actalent is seeking an energetic Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to drive new business and nurture relationships with engineering and sciences clients in the United States. You will work within a fast-paced sales environment to identify opportunities, set up qualified meetings, and partner with recruiting to place top talent.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales (including sales major/clubs/internships).
• Strong desire for a career in B2B/relationship-based sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and high professionalism.
• Strong propensity to learn as necessary.

Aufgaben

• Serve as talent solutions and services subject matter expert for respective territory.
• Establish and adjust a list of target accounts and prospects using internal and external resources.
• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships via CRMs and external tools.
• Conduct well-prepared face-to-face meetings with decision makers to qualify business and create value.
• Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to ensure profitability and market alignment.
• Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality consultants and marketing resumes.
• Lead client meetings and consultant lunches as part of sales activities.
• Partner with recruiting to identify top Sciences and Engineering talent to fulfill client needs.
