Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to build trusted relationships with engineering and sciences clients across the network. You will identify target accounts, qualify opportunities, and drive revenue growth while partnering with recruiting to place top consultants.

The role includes a 24-week paid training period, an initial base salary of 70,304 USD plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, and additional allowances such as a car and cell stipend after training.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales (including internships, clubs or coursework)

Responsibilities

• Establish a list of target accounts and prospects using internal and external resources.
• Develop and manage customer relationships leveraging CRMs and networking tools.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to qualify business and create value.
• Increase sales and market share within assigned and new accounts.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to align with market standards and maximize profitability.
• Build relationships within accounts by providing top consultants and marketing resumes.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with the recruiting team to fulfill client needs.
