Job summary

RRD is seeking an Associate Development Program participant in Atlanta, GA to join a four-month training track that prepares you as a Sales Associate. The program emphasizes sales strategies, prospecting, and industry knowledge to ensure a successful career.

The February 2027 cohort is the current start date. You will shadow experienced reps, assist with sourcing and managing accounts, attend meetings, and build a funnel for your post-training work, with potential for bonus or incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields with an interest in sales.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivation to learn and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Driven and motivated to succeed in sales.
• Prior CRM experience preferred.
• Sales internship or experience selling.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives (some travel required).
• Assist senior sales representatives in sourcing, securing and managing business, both new and existing.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel specific for the post-training assignment.
• Continued development opportunities through marketing and sales publications to increase understanding of the sales industry.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
