Job summary

RRD is seeking an entry-level Associate for the four-month Associate Development Program in Raleigh, NC to train as a Sales Associate. The program provides sales strategies, practices, and industry knowledge for a successful sales career.

The February 2027 cohort is the starting point. You will learn sales steps, prospecting, cold calling, and shadowing senior reps while building a post-training funnel and contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field with interest in sales.
• Excellent listening and communication skills required.
• Motivation to learn and ability to explain ROI to customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings and maintain relationships with accounts.
