Job summary

RRD is seeking an entry-level Associate to join our four-month Associate Development Program in Charlotte, NC. The role trains you in sales steps, prospecting, and relationship building, with a February 2027 cohort start.

You will shadow seasoned reps, assist with sourcing and accounts, and participate in internal/external meetings. The program aims to equip you with practical sales strategies, industry knowledge, and a clear path to a Sales Associate role within a global marketing and packaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• CRM experience preferred (e.g., Salesforce).
• Sales internship or experience selling.
• Reliable transportation to reach clients within territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives (some travel required).
• Assist senior sales reps in sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Continued development opportunities through marketing and sales publications.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
