RRD is hiring for an Associate - Sales program in Raleigh, NC. This full-time, entry-level role includes a four-month training program designed to prepare you as a Sales Associate, with a February 2027 cohort start date.

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred) in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields with an interest in sales.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and implement prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Continue development through marketing and sales publications.
• Perform related duties and participate in special projects.
