Job summary

RRD Company in the United States is seeking an entry-level Associate - Sales for a four-month training program (Associate Development Program) designed to prepare you as a Sales Associate. The ADP provides sales strategies, practices, and industry knowledge to ensure a successful career in sales.

The February 2027 cohort is the current start date. Responsibilities include learning RRD's sales steps, prospecting, shadowing, supporting senior reps, attending meetings, maintaining relationships,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated to learn and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Driven and motivated to succeed in sales.
• Sales internship or experience selling preferred.
• Reliable transportation to reach clients within territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Pursue continued development through marketing and sales publications.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
