RRD is seeking an Associate for its Associate Development Program in Cincinnati, OH. This entry-level, full-time role includes a comprehensive four-month training program to prepare you as a Sales Associate within the company.

The February 2027 cohort in Cincinnati, OH is currently being recruited for. Responsibilities include prospecting, shadowing sales reps, supporting ongoing accounts, and building a post-training sales funnel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High motivation to learn and make data-driven decisions and explain ROI to customers
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems
• Driven and motivated to succeed in sales
• CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce) preferred
• Sales internship or experience selling
• Reliable transportation to reach clients in the territory

Mansioni

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing, securing, and managing business
• Attend internal and external sales meetings
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment
• Continue development through marketing and sales publications
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects
