Job summary

RRD is looking for an enthusiastic Associate - Sales to join a structured four-month development program that prepares you to become a Sales Associate. This full-time role starts with the February 2027 cohort and blends training with hands-on practice in prospecting and account development.

During the ADP you will shadow experienced reps, learn the art of cold calling, and assist with sourcing, securing, and managing business for both new and existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High motivation to learn and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Prior experience with CRM (Salesforce) preferred.
• Sales internship or experience selling.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Build new accounts through prospecting and cold calling.
• Shadow sales reps and support sourcing, securing, and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Develop a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Participate in marketing and sales publications for growth.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
