RR Donnelley is launching an entry level Associate Development Program in Atlanta for aspiring Sales Associates. This full-time program combines hands-on training with practical field experience to equip you with prospecting, pipeline building, and relationship management skills.

During the four-month ADP, you'll shadow experienced sales reps, learn the arts of cold calling, and contribute to sourcing and managing business across new and existing accounts within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields with an interest in sales.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
• Sales internship or experience selling.

Responsabilités

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing, securing, and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings and maintain relationships with accounts.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment and participate in special projects.
