RRD is seeking an Associate - Sales for a full-time, entry level role with a four-month Associate Development Program to prepare you for a Sales Associate career. The February 2027 cohort in Macedonia, OH will provide sales training, prospecting, and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities include shadowing, supporting senior reps, attending meetings, and building a targeted sales funnel post-training. ABachelor's degree is preferred; CRM experience is a plus, and reliable transportation is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, or related fields.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Strong motivation to learn and make data-driven decisions.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing, securing, and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for the post-training assignment.
• Participate in additional projects and training publications as needed.
