Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing/business/communications/packaging/economics or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives; some travel required.
• Assist senior sales reps in sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Development opportunities through marketing and sales publications.
• Perform other related duties and special projects.
