• Support restaurant technology across multiple locations: troubleshoot POS, KVS, printers, PEDs, controllers, and peripherals.
• Assist with installation, testing, labeling, and replacement of equipment and pre-imaged registers.
• Learn basic network connectivity, cable management, and preventive maintenance tasks.
