This entry-level, franchise-wide role provides on-the-job training and guidance, with after-training responsibilities including restaurant staff training in troubleshooting tasks.

Ideal candidate enjoys problem solving, learning about technology, and helping restaurant teams stay operational.

Qualifications

• No prior IT experience required.
• Interest in technology and learning on the job.
• Dependability and ability to follow instructions.
• Travel between restaurant locations with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing and troubleshooting restaurant technology across locations.
• Support POS, KVS, printers, scanners, and PEDs with basic maintenance.
• Document service activity and communicate issues to team.
• Travel to assigned restaurants for troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
