Job summary

Stieglitz Family McDonald’s is seeking an entry-level Restaurant Technology Support associate to help install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware across our restaurant network. No IT experience is required, and on-the-job training will be provided to develop practical skills in POS, KVS, and related devices.

This role involves travel between locations, collaboration with restaurant teams and service desk, and documenting repairs and upgrades.

Qualifications

• No prior IT experience required.
• Interest in technology, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
• Dependability, clear communication, and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to travel between locations; valid driver’s license required.
• Able to perform routine equipment tasks safely in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of POS and related hardware.
• Travel between restaurant locations to troubleshoot and install equipment.
• Document service activity and recurring problems using approved tools.
• Support staff with basic IT tasks and training as needed.
• Coordinate with managers and vendors to minimize operational disruptions.
