Job summary

Stieglitz Family McDonald’s is seeking an entry-level Restaurant Technology Support Associate to help support technology across our restaurant locations. This hands-on role requires no prior IT experience and includes on-the-job training.

You will assist with installation, troubleshooting, equipment replacement, maintenance, and documentation, traveling between locations with mileage reimbursed. Must be at least 18 years old and able to follow procedures.

Qualifications

• No previous IT experience required.
• Willingness to learn and attention to detail.
• Dependability and clear communication; follow procedures.
• Travel between restaurant locations; valid driver’s license required.
• Able to perform routine hands-on equipment tasks in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting POS registers, printers, scanners, and related equipment.
• Respond to technical issues across drive-thru, front counter, kitchen, and offices.
• Identify equipment issues and escalate where needed.
• Assist installation, labeling, testing, and replacement of approved devices.
• Record service activity and repairs using approved tools and ticketing systems.
