Stieglitz Family McDonald’s is seeking an entry-level IT support specialist to assist with installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining technology across restaurant locations. No prior IT experience is required; on‑the‑job training and guidance are provided.

The role involves traveling to assigned restaurants and training staff on troubleshooting tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys problem solving, learning about technology, and helping restaurant teams stay operational.

Mansioni

• Assist with troubleshooting POS registers, kitchen video systems, printers, scanners, payment devices, controllers, and peripherals.
• Respond to technical issues across drive-thru, front counter, kitchen, customer areas and offices.
• Identify equipment and explain problems; escalate advanced issues.
• Install, label, test, and replace computers, pre-imaged registers, controllers, payment devices, printers, and related equipment.
• Verify proper operation after repairs and keep work areas organized.
• Learn basic connectivity troubleshooting, cable management, and equipment identification.
• Travel to assigned restaurants for troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and upgrades.
• Record service activity, repairs, and recurring problems using approved tools and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with managers, service desk, and vendors to resolve issues with minimal disruption.
