Job summary

Stieglitz Family McDonald’s seeks an entry-level, hands-on IT support associate to assist with installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation across restaurant locations. No prior IT experience required; on-the-job training will be provided, and you will work with a diverse restaurant team to keep technology running smoothly.

• No prior IT experience, college degree, or technical certification required.
• Interest in technology, a willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
• Dependability, clear communication, and ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to travel between assigned restaurant locations; valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform routine hands-on equipment tasks safely in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, troubleshooting, equipment replacement, maintenance, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot POS, KVS, printers, scanners, PEDs, controllers, and peripherals.
• Travel to assigned restaurants for troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and upgrades.
• Record service activity and recurring problems using approved tools and ticketing systems.
• Assist with on-the-job training and guidance during/after training.
