Stieglitz Family McDonald’s is seeking an entry-level Restaurant Technology Support specialist to help maintain and troubleshoot technology across our restaurant locations. No prior IT experience, degree, or certification is required; on-the-job training will be provided, with guidance from the Technology Department Lead.

The role involves assisting with POS, KVS, printers, PEDs, and related equipment, traveling between locations, and documenting service activities to keep operations running

Qualifications

• No prior IT experience required.
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn.
• Dependability, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assist with troubleshooting POS registers, kitchen video systems, printers, and peripherals.
• Respond to issues across drive-thru, front counter, offices, and back areas.
• Help with installation and replacement of approved hardware and devices.
• Record service activity and basic issues in the ticketing system.
