Job summary

Stieglitz Family McDonald’s is seeking a dependable, motivated individual to help support the technology used across our restaurant locations. This entry-level, franchise-wide position assists with installation, troubleshooting, equipment replacement, maintenance, and documentation.

No previous IT experience, degree, or technical certification is required; practical on-the-job training and guidance will be provided.

Qualifications

• No IT experience required.
• Willing to learn and adapt to technology.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot POS, kitchen video systems, printers, PEDs, and related equipment.
• Respond to issues across drive-thru, front counter, kitchen, and offices.
• Assist with installation and replacement of IT equipment.
• Record service activity and report recurring problems.
