LPU Batangas is seeking a recruiter to manage the full lifecycle from intake with hiring managers to sourcing and interviewing candidates. You will coach consultants, manage expectations, and maintain relationships for ongoing placements and career growth.

The role emphasizes performance-based compensation with structured onboarding, ongoing training, and clear advancement opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.

Your Role

• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry‑specific skill sets
• Build trusted relationships with professionals to be seen as a partner in advancing their careers

About You

Compensation & Benefits

• Initial base salary of $45,000 after hourly paid training, increasing to $55,000 after one year
• Top 10% of recruiters earned an average of $68,000 in year one, $130,000 in year two, and $195,000 in year five (2021 data)
