NWU in Missouri is looking for a recruiter who will own the full recruiting lifecycle, meeting with hiring managers, sourcing qualified professionals, and screening candidates through interviews and reference checks.

You will coach consultants for interviews, maintain relationships, and build a network of top-tier talent aligned with industry skill sets. The program includes a 13-week paid training and an uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Initial base salary of $45,000 after hourly paid training, increasing to $55,000 after one year
• Top 10% of recruiters earned an average of $68,000 in year one, $130,000 in year two, and $195,000 in year five (2024 data)
