Cagayan State University is seeking a recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and sourcing qualified professionals.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and communicate opportunities, while building relationships and a network of consultants aligned with in-demand skills. The role emphasizes performance-based engagement and ongoing development.

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid 13-week training period.
• Initial base salary of $45,000 after training, increasing to $55,000 after one year.
• Unlimited commission potential; top 10% earners made $68,000 in year one, $130,000 in year two, and $195,000 in year five (2021 data).
