Job summary

HTU is seeking a recruiter to own the full lifecycle, from meetings with hiring managers to understand needs to sourcing, interviewing, and referring candidates for placement.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with consultants, coaching for interviews, and ongoing engagement to ensure long-term alignment with client needs and career goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.

• Initial base salary of $45,000 after hourly paid training period, increasing to $55,000 after one year
