UEC is seeking a recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle, from meeting with hiring managers to understand needs to sourcing qualified professionals using multiple tools. You will screen consultants via interviews and references, align goals and skills, and communicate opportunities while coaching for interviews and ensuring smooth transitions into new roles.

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid 13-week training period.
• Initial base salary of $45,000 after training, increasing to $55,000 after one year.
• Unlimited commission potential; top 10% earners made $68,000 in year one, $130,000 in year two, and $195,000 in year five (2021 data).
