Job summary

Stfrancis is seeking a recruiter to own the full lifecycle—from meeting hiring managers to understand needs to sourcing and screening consultants. You will align candidates with opportunities and guide them through interviews, coaching, and onboarding.

You will cultivate strong relationships, maintain a consultant network across in-demand roles, and support career advancement through ongoing engagement and regular touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
